By now you’re wondering who is this person behind the blog? Let me assure you of something right now, I am experienced, opinionated and right about pretty much everything I post here 🙂
My name is Charlene and I have roughly 30 years experience in customer service. This experience begins with my first paying job at Baskin-Robbins and continues through years of retail, call center, office management, department management, field engineering, account management and as a customer in personal and business transactions.
I know what works and what doesn’t. How? Because I’ve done it right and I’ve done it wrong. Every time I did it right, the customer was satisfied and came back for more. Every time I did it wrong, the customer was frustrated and I couldn’t sleep that night.
